Our client, a large Russian bank, was losing annually large sums due to inefficient DWH set up. The impact was on all departments of the bank: risk, fraud, finance… The focus of the project was on reviewing the IT architecture and the business needs, elaborating a new architecture, creating a roadmap for the implementation of it and initiating the implementation.
