The steps of a successful application process are:
- Submitting your application
The typical application package consists of your CV, a short motivational statement or letter and any additional documents (university transcripts, certifications, awards) that you feel increase your suitability as a candidate. To increase your chances of being invited for an interview, please review the Typical candidate section which summarizes the criteria that we are looking for in an application package.
- Interview – actually three interviews. After each round you receive feedback on things that you have handled well, along with things that you should work on.
